[P] Sareeka Baby Shower
A couple weekends back we photographed Sareeka’s baby shower at the Orchard Lake Country Club. Sareeka and I met a couple of months back to talk about her shower and we immediately hit it off. We had tons in common and the both of us could have talked for hours. Needless to say she signed us to cover her baby shower.
The shower started with a lovely pooja followed by an amazing brunch filled with laughter and good times. The mom-to-be was showered with many gifts!
This is the couple first baby. We wish the mom and dad to be all the best and happiness. Here’s to a healthy happy baby!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please welcome Zoya Amber Qureshi, the latest addition to the Five River Studio Team. She will undergo an extensive training program, and should be ready to photograph you in about 15 years !
Zoya was born on 8Jun09 to MQ + Aasma (Chicago). She is 4lb 13oz, 18in of cuteness. We are actively booking dates for her services. Hurry, 1st come first photographed !

We had a wonderful time with the Hopkinson Family last week at the Knoll Cottage. Their kids were full of life and fun. They had a wonderful time esspecially when my husband let them tickle him. Thanks hun for being a great sport.

[P] – Baby Drew and Family
Baby Drew, only one thing to say about him HE IS A SURVIVOR! Drew had heart surgery several weeks back and I am amazed how quickly he has bounced back. Adults 30 times his age aren’t as strong. Drew is an amazing child just like is wonderful Mom and Dad. It was a cold morning, however Drew was a trooper! I cant wait to see this little guy again. I was the whimp! LOL. Mary and I go back to my Phi Sig days. She is as kind, and good hearted as ever.
OH and Maggie AKA Marley is their Lab below. What an amazing, crazy dog!
[P] – Kullar and Chatha Family
Last week I had a wonderful time with the Kullar and Chatha Family in Three Rivers, Mi. I absolutely adore and love this family. They are such kind and good hearted people. I also had an amazing time taking their family portraits outside their home.
[P] – Heather Maternity
Heather, who has been my best friend now officially for 10 years, is expecting a bundle of joy. When Heather rang me and asked me to do her maternity pictures I immediately knew how I was going to approach it. She is my very good friend after all, of course I knew the theme was to revolve around nature some how. So in true bohemian fashion Heather wore a plain white linen cloth and we headed into the woods. Ok not exactly the woods, campus of OU. The lighting was absolutely PERFECT. Warm and brilliant! It was a beautifully whimsical shoot.
Jason and Heather were married in 2006 and this their first baby. I cannot wait till this baby is born. Believe me when I say it will have the most click happy aunt on the planet. Jay and Heather love you both to pieces. Enjoy a sneak peek of the shoot.

Don’t let that cute smile, high dimpled cheeks and those glassy eyes fool you… beneath it all lies a foot-and-a-half of solid mayhem! She’s a screamer, a biter… and most of all, a charmer. She’ll scare you with her antics one second, then melt your heart with a devlish grin the next! When she’s not beating up her older brother, she’s posing for the lens… We LOVED taking pictures of her and can’t wait to see her again!

Baby Nikita came to visit us this weekend. She is an absolute DOLL just like her beautiful mother. It didnt take much to make her laugh. Well just her Maasi (Aunt) Raj. I couldnt get enough of her. Neither could my pug. HAHA Enjoy a peek below. 
[P] Shanna Maternity
What a pleasent surprise it was to hear from Josh (A 2008 wedding client), that he and his wife Shanna were expecting their first child together. This child is going to blessed with a pair of amazing and loving parents. And most importantly good looks. HA! No seriously this child is going to be gorgeous!! Can’t wait for newborn pictures.
Josh and Shanna were one of our most out going and fun clients. And Josh was much too excited to be infront of the camera again. LOL Enjoy a peek from their session at their home.
[P] – Shaelyn/Jahan
We had the pleasure of meeting little Shaelyn and Jahan this weekend for one of our first of many shoots for the Charity Book Project (Make a Wish/Zaman). What little cuties these two are. Jahan, had a ton of energy and of late has got quite an interest in planes. I believe him to be a future pilot. And the beautiful Shaelyn, a little shy but full of spunk. What we observed was that she is a very loving and protective big sister.
